Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park is a charming neighborhood located outside of Denver, Colorado. In addition to the public park from which it gets it’s name, Lincoln Park is also home to a wide array of cultural attractions, including the well-known Santa Fe Arts District and the Denver Civic Theatre.

Located at Mariposa Street and West 11th Avenue, Lincoln Park is a great stop for families visiting or living in the area. The park features basketball courts, football fields, softball fields, tennis courts, a sand volley ball court, a recreational center and an outdoor pool.

The Santa Fe Arts District

The Santa Fe Arts District is home to over 60 galleries, restaurant and shops, and is one of the favorite Denver stops for tourists. The Art District hosts many popular events and festivals, including the First Friday Art Walk on the first Friday of each month, and Preview Night on the third Friday of every month.

The Denver Civic Theatre

In 1921, The Denver Civic Theatre was one of Denver’s first silent movie theatres.  It has changed hands many times and had various uses, but in 2010 was purchased and became the new home of El Centro Su Teatro.
